Casey Babb joined Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office as a senior associate in October 2009, specializing in multifamily housing. His focus is on seller representation of 50+ unit apartment communities located primarily in the Tampa Bay, Orlando and southwest Florida markets.
Mr. Babb entered the commercial investment real estate industry in 2002 after graduating from Florida State University where he obtained degrees in both real estate and finance. He obtained his CCIM designation in 2004. Throughout his career, Mr. Babb and his partner have closed 63 transactions with a market value of over $200 million.
Mr. Babb has been recognized as a leader in the multifamily industry and was prominently named in CIRE Magazine's 'Rising Stars in Commercial Real Estate' in 2004, Real Estate Florida's '30 Under 30' in 2008 and Real Estate Florida's 'Commercial Real Estate All-Stars' in 2009. He currently serves as the Vice President of the CCIM West Coast Chapter and is also involved with the Urban Land Institute and the National Multi Housing Group.
