Bruce J. Harris began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 1997, specializing in the sale of single tenant and multi-tenant retail property. Through the course of approximately 120 investment real estate transactions, he has built a significant track record with a wide variety of client types, locations, and asset qualities. Bruce has been retained on an exclusive basis by both institutional and private clients selling property that ranges from institutional quality major market assets to small single tenant net leased property in remote tertiary markets. He has been fortunate enough to have worked for some of the Midwest's most respected owners and developers, and directs his team to provide a high level of service and integrity that is worthy of their trust. Bruce graduated with a degree in English from Lake Forest College. He was an All-State tennis player in high school and captain of his team in college. He married and is a father of three great kids.
