Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Brian worked as an investment consultant for a commercial real estate acquisition firm in the Phoenix and Houston markets. During his tenure he assisted the firm's clients in the financial modeling and analysis of their real estate investments along with the responsibility of securing acquisition funds through the public and private capital markets. Brian has an extensive background in investment real estate; he started his career in investment banking and has worked extensively with public and private national real estate investment trusts along with participating in the first Arizona public offering of corporate notes for the purpose of the acquisition of state land for development purposes. Brian's dedication to his field, professionalism and constant learning in a rapid changing market place enables him to bring incredible value to serve his client's investment real estate needs.
Brian is committed to continually honing his skills having completed three of the four prerequisites for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is currently a designee candidate.
