Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 1991, Bret has consistently been one of the top agents, and for the last 10 years has been the top retail agent, in the company's Long Beach Office. His expertise is in retail properties in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas. His very strong retail specialization and knowledge in these market areas has earned him the respect of others within the firm as the Southern California retail specialist. As an expert in the sale of commercial properties, he has achieved an impressive sales record by delivering top prices in today's challenging real estate market and closing 120+ transactions, valued at more than $250 million.

He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has created a master database of 4,800 owners/investors in Southern California.
