In 2006, Mr. Silcox achieved Member status in the National Multi-Housing Group (NMHG) of Marcus and Millichap. Marcus & Millichap's National Multi-Housing Group is comprised entirely of multi-family specialists within the firm's offices across the nation. This team of experts is actively involved in the analysis, marketing, financing, acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties from coast to coast. In 2010, Mr. Silcox brought on John Pfeifer to focus on Manufactured Home Community Brokerage.

In his tenure with the firm, Mr. Silcox has earned multiple awards including the National Sales Recognition Award in 2006 and 2007.
