Blake Burnett is an associate member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and Special Asset Group since 2006. He is currently based out of Dallas, Texas and focuses on regional dispositions for performing and distressed property situations. Mr. Burnett has been very successful in maximizing the value for his clients with best-in-class solutions and processes.
Blake holds a BA from Stephen F. Austin State University in licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Mr. Burnett is an active in a number of local charities and associations including Habitat For Humanity and also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Some recent assignments include recent REO dispositions for Aurora Bank (Lehman Brothers), BBVA Compass, CapitalSource, Wells Fargo, Bank Of The West and US Bank.
