Facilitated the sale of an Assisted Living Facility between two National Owner-Operators (Louisiana, $10.4 Million)
Arranged the bankruptcy sale and due diligence process for a portfolio of four Nursing Homes (New York, $23.3 Million)
Facilitated the disposition of a Continuum of Care Retirement Community to Kindred Health (Ohio, $20.5 Million)
Structured Joint Venture transaction of an Independent & Assisted Living Facility (Missouri, $26.0 Million)
Facilitated the disposition of a non-profit Nursing Home on behalf of a government agency (Alaska, $10.5 Million)
Structured Sale-Leaseback transaction on a distressed Assisted Living Facility (Connecticut, $12.25 Million)
Developed the pricing model in which Marcus and Millichap paired private equity firm, The Blackstone Group, with operator Emeritus Senior Living as joint venture acquirer of 26 assisted living facilities (Various locations; $190 Million)
