Ben Baker is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap and a Associate Director of the National Multi-Housing Group. He specializes in representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily investments in the Midwestern United States. Ben graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and competed on Purdue's varsity wrestling team. Ben went on to earn his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He practiced law in Miami, Florida and Cleveland, Ohio prior to joining Marcus & Millichap's Cleveland office.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Ben has closed over $100 million in multfamily transactions with investment firms that include Associated Estates REIT, K & D Group, GMS Management, Stile Companies, Niederst Management, AZ Management and Integrity Realty Group.
