Professional History: Bard joined Marcus and Millichap in 2010. Prior to his association with Marcus and Millichap, Bard was Executive Vice President at The Apartment Group and served in a COO capacity where he was involved in all aspects of marketing Class A Institutional Multifamily properties ranging in value between $20 million and $60 million. Before joining with The Apartment Group, Bard was the President of Bentley Arbuckle, Inc. where he was responsible for all strategy, business operations, and branding for the 6 million dollar clothing manufacturing company. Bard was promoted from National Sales Manager to Vice President in 2000 and to President in 2004. His real estate career started in 1985 with appraisal work for the Wilson K. Mason Company. Bard joined CB Commercial Real Estate Services in 1990 and worked on the multifamily team where he helped package, appraise and sell multifamily properties totaling over $180 million. Bard brings a diverse background in appraisal, real estate transactions and business operations to Marcus and Millichap.
