Barbara Dansker joined Marcus & Millichap December 2009 after retiring from a successful thirteen year career as the founder and proprietor of a very well known, Upper East Side children’s emporium which continues to thrive today. Barbara quickly gained success as an agent achieving the firm’s 2010 New
York Rookie of the Year Award. To date, she has completed the marketing and sale of twelve properties and defaulted loans. She is presently working with a number of banks and equity funds that are interested in selling performing and nonperforming mortgage loans in the New York and Florida markets. Barbara is also focusing her attention on the sale of Multifamily and Mixed-Use properties located in Downtown Manhattan. In 2011, she received the Sales Achievement Award, an exclusive accomplishment given
to agents who gross a minimum of $400,000 in a 12 month period. Additionally, Barbara was awarded the Shooting Star Award in 2011 for the fastest income growth from year one to year two. Barbara’s sales ability and market knowledge coupled with the national presence of Marcus & Millichap will surely result in a very successful 2012.
