Alden Yako is a member of the National Retail Group (NRG) and is a retail specialist at the firm's Phoenix office. As an associate, Alden exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Phoenix market area. Alden Yako has more than six years of experience in the real estate and business brokerage industry which includes expertise in residential, land, and business acquistions and depositions. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Alden was a shareholder of multiple family-owned retail businesses such as hotels, car washes, gas stations, grocery, and convenient stores.

Alden graduated with a Political Science degree from ASU, a Master's Degree from University of Phoenix, and also holds a real estate and loan origination license in Arizona. In his spare time, Alden enjoys spending time with family, friends, and volunteering for non-profit organizations such as the Chaldean Federation of America (CFA), International Rescue Committee, and the American Cancer Society.
