Sharone Sabar is a Director of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a full-service commercial real estate finance company specializing in multi-family, single tenant net-leased, retail, office, hospitality and industrial properties nationwide. He is responsible for performing analysis for debt and equity transactions and originating new business across all property types.

Mr. Sabar has been with MMCC for five years. He began his career with MMCC as a loan underwriter and analyst for the Large Loan Group in the West Los Angeles office. He was promoted in 2006 and in 2007 moved to open MMCC's office in Encino. He consistently ranks as one of the Encino's office's Top 10 commercial real estate professionals annually. In 2008 Mr. Sabar was nominated by Real Estate Southern Califonia as one of the magazine's Best and Brightest Rising Stars of Commercial Real Estate "30 under 30".
