Michael Laurencelle currently heads up Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation for both Austin and San Antonio MSAs. He has been originating commercial real estate loans for over 15 years and has had the pleasure of closing $1.8 billion of transactions during his tenure.

Before securing capital for developers and investors in the state of Texas and around the country, Michael attended Northwood University where he received his bachelor's degree in finance and graduated with the honors of Cum Laude amoung his graduating class. Prior to college Michael was an Alpha Team leader in Special Forces Fifth Group, where he lead 11 soldiers in 103 combative missions around the globe.
