Jason Dean is an Associate Director at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a full service commercial real estate finance company. Based in Indianapolis, he has an impressive track record of arranging commercial real estate financing all over the midwest. He brings well-rounded experience in arranging debt and equity finance transactions for a variety of property types, including office, retail and multifamily.
Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Dean was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He is the founder and proprietor of Access Financial LLC and has held sales manager positions at two real estate finance companies.
Mr. Dean has his Series 7, 66 and 31 licenses and studied finance at the University of Houston, TX.
