James Sotos

James Sotos is an Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) which sourced more than $1.868 billion over the past two years.

Mr. Sotos is responsible for overseeing loan originations in the company's Chicago region. James has more than 26 years of mortgage banking experience and brings a great depth of knowledge in structuring multi-family, retail, industrial and office products, as well as other special purpose properties.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, Mr. Sotos served for 20 years as Vice President of Draper and Kramer Corporation in Chicago.

James is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago where he earned a bachelors degree in finance and management. He holds a state of Illinois sales license, and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Multi-Housing Council.
