Alex Wolansky, CCIM

Alex Wolansky is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap specializing in retail investment sales in Houston, Texas. He focuses on shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased properties, advising property owners and representing buyers and sellers across Greater Houston. As a retail investment specialist, he supports clients with acquisition and disposition strategies, including 1031 exchange transactions and portfolio optimization.

With eight years of experience and more than 160 completed transactions totaling over $500 million, Wolansky provides data-driven guidance throughout the ownership lifecycle.
