Rick Peltz, based in the firm's Encino corporate office, is a senior vice president and serves as the firm's chief information officer. In this capacity he oversees the design, development, procurement, implementation and support of information technology. Mr. Peltz has more than 20 years of experience in this area and has received industry recognitions including: CIO 100 Award in 2011 and 2005; Information Week’s Top 500 from 2010 through 2006 and Most Innovative Technology Award, Realcomm in 2004. Computerworld also named him among the nation's premier 100 IT leaders in 2002.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 1998, Mr. Peltz worked at Bank of America as an international project management manager responsible for planning and implementing worldwide technology solutions for the firm's largest division, wholesale banking. Mr. Peltz is an alumni of Marquette University.
