Paul Mudrich is a senior vice president and managing director and serves as the chief legal officer for Marcus & Millichap. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, he specialized in business and real estate litigation, including a stint as counsel to Coldwell Banker’s residential group in Northern California. He practiced law in the state of Washington before becoming a litigation associate with the law firm of Neumiller & Beardslee in Stockton, Calif. Mr. Mudrich is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, California and Washington. He is a graduate of Tulane University and the Puget Sound School of Law.
