Sales Managers provide support and assistance to the office Regional Manager, while
providing leadership and support to the sales force. A Sales Manager works with
the RM to recruit and develop high-quality investment professionals, execute an
agent deployment strategy to assure effective market coverage and expanding market
share, and execute a strategic plan to manage the office's business activity and
establish the Marcus & Millichap brand. Candidates should possess a bachelor's
degree in a related field, one year of management experience (preferably sales),
thorough knowledge of real estate (preferably brokerage), excellent communications
skills, superior analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to work
independently, as well as in a team framework.
Applicants must absolutely have 3 years of commercial real estate
investment brokerage sales and/or management experience.
