Agent Support Trainer.......................................

Nature & Scope:

The Agent Support Trainer provides training to new Agents, Sales Assistants, Agent Assistants, Staff and Management of the REIS office.  The Agent Support Trainer functions as a Brokerage Administrator, dividing time between training and brokerage responsibilities and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Specific Responsibilities

Learn all software and company procedures that pertain specifically to Agents and Assistants and conduct training on applications within the REIS office, including but not limited to:
  • iMpact
  • CoStar
  • Merlin
  • MNet
  • MMWEB
  • MapNet
  • InTouch
  • RealQuest
  • Marketplace
  • M&M Legal Contracts
  • Advertising
  • Mailers & Postcards
  • Mailers & Postcards
  • Transaction Management
  • All new company applications as they are released
  • Company research tools:  research reports, using research in broker continuum, internet-based research, CIP, submarket overviews, local/nat’l. talking points
  • I.S. Dept. Tools: agent websites, Blackberry, Liaison, network set-up, computer requirements, Agent computer maintenance, etc.
  • Do Not Call scrubbing and maintenance
  • Agent marketing and branding
  • Maintaining Agent calendar – personal and business
  • Organizing and maintaining Agent office/cube space
  • 1031 Exchange
  • Will be fully cross-trained in all other staff positions in the REIS office
  • Assist Agents directly when training schedule allows

Interpersonal Skills

It is critical that the individual in this position take the initiative in developing training presentations and training materials.  Candidate must have excellent writing and teaching skills or a strong desire to acquire these skills and the ability to teach one-on-one or on a group basis.

Required Knowledge and/or Experience

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office XP
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Type 50+ WPM
  • 2+ years marketing experience preferred
  • Educational Minimum: High School Graduate
